Planet Pandas is operated by Formula Creative. This policy explains what we collect when you join our waitlist, and what we do with it.\
What we collect
Your email address, and only if you give it to us. Nothing else. We don't ask for your name, location, or anything more.
When you confirm your subscription, our email provider records the date and the IP address you confirmed from. That's how we prove your consent was real, and it's the only technical detail we keep.
Why we collect it
To tell you when Planet Pandas has something new. That's the whole purpose.
Who we share it with
MailerLite, our email service provider, stores and sends on our behalf. Their privacy policy is at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy. We don't sell your information, we don't rent it, and we don't share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and using it removes you from our list.
Your rights
If you're in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for asking. If you're in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you similar rights, including the right to a copy of your data.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@planetpandas.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Planet Pandas is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us their email, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced by email.
